Hi! I’m Emily, dad is Benjamin. On January 13th at 9:51pm baby Zeke was born at 26 weeks via c section and was immediately intubated and sent to a different hospital for their NICU unit. We were separated, but it was our only option so that I could receive care for my c section and Zeke could receive care from the most amazing NICU in the area. Within 24 hours Zeke graduated to a CPAP which is AMAZING!!! He will likely be there until he is full term, which is where this GO fund me helps and comes into play. Since Zeke will be there for so long, I plan on staying in the Ronald McDonald house. However that’s a long time with no job, and I’ll still be recovering from my c section for the entire time as well. I’m starting this so we can afford to stay up there, for basic expenses like gas, food, clothes for Zeke, a breast pump, everything it takes to stay up there. I will appreciate anything I do not care if it’s $1, thank you so much for being a part of Zeke’s story.
