Join Xuan's Fight for Her Daughter's Life

Many of you may know Xuan, the hardworking and quiet mother of HoangMy, from Averie Spa. She is not only dedicated to her work but is also a loving mother to two wonderful children. Recently, her beautiful 14-year-old daughter, HoangMy, was admitted to the hospital after what seemed like a simple cough that would go away. Unfortunately, it turned into a much more serious condition: strep pneumonia and sepsis.

HoangMy was initially admitted to BMC, where she was put on a ventilator and induced into a coma. After two days, it became clear that the equipment there wasn’t sufficient for her needs, and she was transferred to Boston Children’s Hospital, where she remains in an induced coma.

At home, her little brother is also sick, and her father is battling a fever, while her elderly grandmother is also in need of care. This has left Xuan as the sole support for HoangMy in the hospital, refusing to leave her daughter's side even for a moment to get food or rest. The doctors are doing everything they can, and HoangMy is currently on life support, with all possible machines and antibiotics being used to help her fight. Just when we thought we were receiving some good news, the doctors informed us that HoangMy now has a hole in her lung.

With only one parent’s income supporting a family of four, we are starting this fundraiser to help cover HoangMy's medical bills and any additional expenses, as she is fighting to recover.
