I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but life has a way of flipping everything upside down.

On May 30th, 2025, less than a month before my 32nd birthday, I was diagnosed with HER2-positive invasive ductal carcinoma, an aggressive form of breast cancer that has already spread to at least one lymph node. As if that wasn’t enough, I also fractured my clavicle and will be undergoing surgery next week.

Right now, I’m in the middle of fertility preservation and preparing to begin TCHP chemotherapy (Taxotere, Carboplatin, Herceptin, and Perjeta), followed by surgery (possibly a double mastectomy), radiation, 5–10 years of hormone-blocking therapy, and a long road to recovery.

I’m starting this GoFundMe because the financial burden of treatment is more than I can manage alone. Even with insurance, the out-of-pocket costs are overwhelming— from chemo, surgeries, and medications to fertility preservation, transportation, and extended time off work.

Every dollar raised will help cover:

• Chemotherapy, scans, biopsies, and follow-up care

• Ambulance ride, ER visit, and clavicle surgery

• A medical wig for hair loss

• Out-of-pocket medical expenses and insurance gaps

• Fertility preservation to protect my chance of having a family

This diagnosis hit fast, and I’m doing everything I can to fight hard and stay strong— but I can’t do it alone.
