Help Wendy Fight Cancer: A Journey of Courage and Hope!

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

We are reaching out to ask for your support for our beloved cousin, Wendy Woodring, who has been courageously battling cancer since 2021. At just 55 years old, Wendy has faced more challenges than most of us can imagine, but she continues to fight with unwavering strength and determination.

Wendy’s journey began in 2021 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 52. Over the past three years, she has undergone multiple surgeries, including a double lumpectomy, a single lumpectomy, a double mastectomy, and a left chest wall lumpectomy. Despite these aggressive treatments, the cancer metastasized to her spinal cord and vertebrae, leading to compression fractures in many of her vertebrae. This has caused Wendy severe back pain and significantly limited her mobility.

Wendy has already endured numerous rounds of chemotherapy and radiation, and her fight is far from over. She is preparing to undergo more treatments to stop the cancer from spreading further. In addition to conventional treatments, Wendy is seeking holistic therapies in Mexico, which she believes will help not only to cure the cancer but also to prevent it from returning.

As you can imagine, the medical expenses have been overwhelming, and the cost of these holistic treatments adds an additional financial burden. Wendy has always been the first to illuminate a room with her infectious smile, and now, she needs our help.
