Hey everyone. If you don't know me already, my name is Dona. And I'm married to that great guy in the pic...Walter, the love of my life.

Actually he's the love of OUR lives, his daughters, step sons, stepdaughter who's watching over us, beautiful grandkids, friends and family.

Walter was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2018; surgery and chemo followed. In 2019, it returned. We learned what Lynch Syndrome is: a genetic flaw making Walter vulnerable to cancer..again. This time Stage 4 colon cancer, more invasive surgery, and immunotherapy infusions for almost 2 years.

And now to the present, 6 years after our world was turned upside down, it's an unwanted visitor again.

My husband will be starting treatments again. And we are Hopeful!!!!! Everyone who knows my Walter, knows how warm, funny, and endearing he is.
