Support for Veronica Minier’s Cancer Journey

With heavy hearts, we share that my sister and best friend, Veronica Minier, has been diagnosed with stage 3 stomach cancer. Since her diagnosis, she has faced multiple hospitalizations and made numerous trips to Vanderbilt for testing and a major surgery intended to remove her stomach. Sadly, during the procedure, doctors discovered cancer cells between her stomach, pancreas, and colon, making the surgery unsuccessful.

As a result, Veronica is beginning a new, aggressive treatment plan that includes immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and potentially radiation. This journey will be incredibly difficult, and while we remain hopeful, the financial burden is already overwhelming — with many additional expenses ahead, including treatments that insurance may not cover.

Our goal is to help ease some of the financial stress for Veronica and her husband Edward, allowing them to focus on healing and being present for their children: Boone, Bailee, and Zeke.
