Dear Family,
I hope this letter finds you well. As many of you know, our beloved family cabin has been a cornerstone of joy, laughter, and cherished memories for nearly 60 years. It's a place where generations have gathered, stories have been shared, and a place where our family's bond has maintained its strength all these years
The cabin has seen countless summers, winters, and everything in between. It has been a sanctuary for relaxation, family togetherness, and lots of "fish tales!" Perhaps you haven't been able to visit as often as you'd like, but I hope you have fond memories of the time you did spend there or the stories you've heard from others. It's more than just a little cottage; it's been a symbol of a family's enduring connection.
As the cabin continues to age, it requires some essential upkeep to ensure it remains a safe and welcoming place for future generations. The most pressing need at the moment is replacing the roof, which has served us well but is now in dire need of repair. We need to raise $12,000 to complete this project as well at put a little money in the cabin coffers for future repairs, projects, and other dues/fees etc... Can we count on you to help protect our family's gem for many more years to come?
I understand that not everyone can visit the cabin frequently, but I hope you'll consider contributing to this important cause. Your donation, no matter the size, will help preserve a piece of our family's history and ensure that the cabin continues to be a place of joy for our children, grandchildren, and beyond.
To make it easier for everyone to contribute, I've set up this online donation page (GoFundMe) where you can track our progress toward the $12,000 goal in real-time.
Thank you for your love, support, and generosity. Let's come together to protect and preserve this wonderful gemstone that means so much to all of us.
With heartfelt thanks,
John Hart (Gene Hart family)
