Ms. Caroline and Ms. Amanda, the sister-duo chefs, poured their hearts into every dish, crafting each recipe from scratch. Ms. Caroline’s daughter, Amari, and Ms. Amanda’s children, Lumani and Shawn, were also integral to the restaurant’s charm, adding their personal touch to the family business.

This campaign isn’t just about a restaurant; it’s about preserving a family’s legacy and the high standards they’ve set in the culinary world. Due to circumstances beyond her control, she lost her investment because the government took the property that our cherished gathering spot sits upon. Multiple attempts to fight this decision were met with defeat. Luckly, we realize it is not the building, or the location, it is the people that matter most.

But here’s where our story takes a turn towards hope. We have a vision to bring Caroline’s Cookin’ back to life in a new location near the pristine shores of Secret Beach. This isn’t just about rebuilding a restaurant; it’s about reigniting the spirit of our community and supporting a local legend who has given so much to us.

We’re setting a goal to raise funds that will help Ms. Caroline secure a new property, which she will own and not rent. With your generous support, we can lay the foundation for a new beginning where Ms. Caroline can continue to share her culinary magic with the world.
