Join us to help Kelli Olson Fight Cancer

My name is Rayanne and I work as the Executive Director at Mission Valley Aquatics in Polson, MT.

One of our beloved Lake Monsters swim team families is facing a health crisis that needs our support.

Kelli Olson, the amazing mom of 5 children, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on April 24, 2024. As a nurse, Kelli knows what it takes to fight, to heal and to beat this disease but she needs our help to ensure that her treatments continue and that her family is taken care of in the meantime so she can concentrate on getting better. Kelli is scheduled for a Whipple procedure in November 2024. This will require her to muster a lot of strength and stamina to make the long recovery.

She is the proud mom of Grace Olson, who is a state level competitive swimmer and swims for both Polson High School and the Lake Monsters swim team. We want to additionally support Grace in order to maintain normalcy in her junior year of high school as she concentrates on school, swimming and coming alongside her mom on this health journey.

Kelli is married to Dane who works hard to provide for his family. His vacation time and PTO are running out and he will be forced to take time off without pay to be the steadfast support to his wife and family. We do not want this added stress to be something that affects this family as Kelli recovers.

Kelli is full of life and love. She really enjoys participating in the lives of her sons and loves watching her daughter swim. She is a master baker and truly likes the process of growing her own food and canning. We would love to see her get back to all the things she loves to do in the very near future.
