46-year-old Andre, a single father currently raising 2 sons in high school, requires vision-saving surgery (pars plana vitrectomy) on his left eye. Although he is employed, he recently lost health insurance coverage. He is unable to afford the cost of surgery, without which he may well lose sight which would make him totally unable to continue his current employment.

I am a relative trying to muster up support for his surgery, scheduled currently for 10 Jul 2025 in Jamaica, West Indies.
