For 14 years, I lived with the pain, confusion, and frustration of endometriosis — a chronic disease affecting roughly 1 in 10 women worldwide. Despite debilitating symptoms, it took far too long to receive a proper diagnosis. Many women suffer 7–10 years before answers, losing precious time in their teens and twenties.
By age 28, after years of relentless pain, I made the difficult decision to have a hysterectomy. It brought relief, but it also reminded me how deeply this disease changes lives. Now, as a mother to a beautiful daughter, I am determined to pave a path for future generations—so young women can be acknowledged, supported, and empowered to get the care they need without losing years of their lives.
Our Fundraiser: Charity Golf Tournament
We are hosting a Charity Golf Tournament on July 11, 2026 to raise funds for the Endometriosis Foundation of America — advancing research, education, and advocacy for women affected by this disease.
Your donation will help in two ways:
1. Cover tournament expenses (greens fees, golf carts, signage, and more) to ensure a professional and fun event.
2. Support the foundation directly: all remaining funds, plus proceeds from other fundraising efforts, will go toward advancing research and programs for women affected by endometriosis.
We’ve committed to a guaranteed minimum donation of $1,500, but with your help, we hope to raise much more to make a meaningful impact.
Can’t Attend? You Can Still Make a Difference
Even if you don’t golf or can’t attend the tournament, your contribution through this GoFundMe is a direct way to support young women living with endometriosis. Every dollar counts and brings us closer to a future where no young woman loses her teen or young adult years to untreated pain.
Thank You for Helping Make a Change
Your generosity fuels hope:
• Earlier diagnoses for women suffering in silence
• More research to understand and treat endometriosis
• Stronger support systems for women and families affected
Together, we can turn my personal struggle into a movement that makes life better for millions of women. Thank you for helping me make a lasting impact.
