Hi everyone, I’m Juan, founder of CleanLAwithMe—a nonprofit close to my heart that’s working to restore the beauty of Los Angeles by cleaning our streets, parks, and neighborhoods.

When I first arrived here, I was deeply saddened to see the trash piling up in a city I quickly grew to love. Instead of feeling helpless, I made a choice: to take action, to roll up my sleeves, and to bring hope back to our community. Every day, I dedicate my time to organizing cleanups and inspiring neighbors to come together for a cause bigger than all of us.

But this work isn’t easy, and it isn’t free. Gloves wear out. Trash bags run out. Tools break. And without the right support, our mission can’t continue. That’s why I’m turning to you—because this is about all of us, our homes, and the environment we share.
