Help Michelle Fight Moya Moya, Cancer, and More
Dear Friends and Family,
My sister Michelle has endured an incredibly difficult year. In May, she was diagnosed with Moya Moya disease, a rare and progressive condition where blocked arteries in the brain cause fragile, thin vessels to form, increasing the risk of strokes and other complications.
In June, she underwent a bypass craniotomy to revascularize the right side of her brain. Then, in July, Michelle was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent surgery and radiation treatment.
Despite her strength and resilience, the challenges continued. In November, Michelle needed a stent placed for a brain aneurysm, and now, in December, she has been experiencing multiple mini-strokes. Today, after dropping her son off at school, Michelle lost movement in her left arm and leg. She is now back in the hospital undergoing extensive testing to determine what is causing this latest complication.
Through it all, Michelle has shown incredible courage, but the medical treatments, surgeries, and time off work have created overwhelming financial strain. We are asking for help to cover Medical expenses and Rehabilitation
Michelle is an amazing mother, grandma, sister, daughter, and friend who has always been there for others. Now it’s our turn to rally around her. Any amount you can give will make a meaningful difference, and if you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing her story or keeping her in your prayers.
Thank you for standing with Michelle during this incredibly difficult time. Together, we can help her heal.
With gratitude
