On January 18th, Tim Browning suffered severe injuries in a tragic garage fire leaving him with 2nd and 3rd-degree burns on his lower extremities. His road to recovery has required weekly treatment since the fire in Portland significantly impacting his life and placing a financial burden on him and his family.
