Help with expenses due to cancer

Sorry to bother, I hope you’re doing well. My name is Santiago, and I take care of my parents financially. My father, Enrique, has stage 3 stomach cancer, and I’m also dealing with several health issues. We don’t have medical insurance, but the hospital is helping us with a large portion of the costs. My expenses are higher than my income, and I’m currently being evaluated for cancer as well. Because of the pain and medical appointments, I’m unable to get a second job.

It’s very hard for me to ask for help. I’ve always worked for everything and never imagined being in this situation. I even did a balance transfer on a credit card, but the fine print put me in an even worse position (very disappointed with JP Morgan Chase). If anyone could help me find a second job—remote and flexible due to my circumstances—I would be extremely grateful.

I’ve reached a point where I don’t know what else to do. Any funds would go toward bills, treatments, and daily expenses for my parents and myself. Thank you for your time, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Right now, my father’s health is more important than my pride.

Ayuda para gastos debido al Cancer

Disculpen la molestia. Espero que se encuentren bien. Mi nombre es Santiago y el de mi padre Enrique hago cargo de mis padres económicamente. Mi papá tiene cáncer de estómago en etapa 3 y yo tengo varios problemas de salud. No tenemos seguro médico, pero el hospital nos ayuda con una gran parte. Mis gastos son mayores que mis ingresos, y también me están revisando por cáncer. Por el dolor y las citas médicas, no puedo conseguir un segundo trabajo. Me cuesta mucho pedir ayuda. Siempre he trabajado por todo y nunca pensé estar en esta situación. Incluso hice una transferencia de saldo en una tarjeta de crédito, pero la letra pequeña me puso en una situación peor (muy decepcionado con JP Morgan Chase). Si alguien pudiera ayudarme con un segundo trabajo—remoto y flexible por las circunstancias—lo agradecería mucho. Llegué a un punto en el que no sé qué más hacer.
