this go fund me was set up in effort to alleviate some of the financial burden and allow the family to focus solely on Tristan and his recovery. As many of you may know, this isn’t the Andrews’ first time dealing with this unfortunate situation, they have suffered tremendous loss after tremendous loss. In 2003, Joshua Andrews (25) was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident. In 2009, Malorie Chiasson (20) was also involved in a fatal motorcycle accident. And in 2013, Mark Slim Andrews passed of an unexpected massive heart attack. So not only has this family had to suffer the loss of multiple siblings/children and their father/husband, here we are again… their 22 year old brother/son is now fighting for his life in ICU. None of us can imagine the emotional, financial, and physical toll this is and will continue taking on the family. Due to Tristan’s critical needs, the doctors best saw fit to transport him to ICU in Shreveport. It is still extremely early to tell what Tristan’s life has in store for the future, but the doctors as well as his family are hopeful in a recovery. that being said, the road ahead is unknown and will involve extreme intensive care for Tristan to succumb his injuries and have a fighting chance at life. In order to allow Ms. Sharon and Jill to travel back and forth and give their all into rehabilitating Tristan mentally and physically, we ask that you give where you can. whether it be a prayer or financial donation— the family is more than appreciative. a note from the family: “We genuinely cannot thank our community enough for rallying behind us and our sweet Tristan as we face the unimaginable.
