Join Us in Supporting Noe's Long Road to Recovery

Hello,
My name is Trisha. I’ve had the privilege of being friends with Noe for at least 10 years now. He’s also my neighbor, so I get to hear his joyful laugh daily.

The last couple of days have been an emotional rollercoaster knowing we could have lost him and knowing that he has such a long road ahead of him. He won’t do it alone! Together we can step up and show him the love & support he shows to everyone else.

Noe was in a car accident Friday, October 25, 2024. He suffered serious injuries and is currently hospitalized, waiting to have surgery. When arriving at the hospital, he had internal bleeding that’s being monitored, a broken pelvic bone and socket that needs to be repaired surgically. A device was screwed into his knee to stabilize his femur bone. It’s possible he will need multiple surgeries to make all necessary repairs. He will definitely need physical therapy and will need to be cared for for a long period of time.

We’ve all heard the saying, “when it rains, it pours.” Sadly, that’s how life has been going for Noe & Diana recently.

We all know that Noe & Diana are always there for their family & friends during the good & bad times. There’s nothing they wouldn’t do to make life better for those around them. At this time, they need us more than ever.

When I think of Noe, I think of a kind, gentle soul that always has a smile on his face with that contagious laugh that brings so much joy & laughter. He’s such a hardworking man that does all he can to be a productive member of society. With that being said, Noe has had to set his pride aside, giving me permission to post this GoFundMe to help him get through what’s going to be a very long journey. We can help him by relieving some of the financial burden so he can focus on healing.

Noe started a new job a few months ago, so he doesn’t have short or long-term disability insurance to cover this accident. In addition, his vehicle was in the shop needing a very expensive repair, so he was driving his mother’s vehicle that only had PLPD insurance. Her vehicle was totaled, so he will also have the expense of paying to replace his mother’s vehicle because that’s the right thing to do.

If you’d prefer to provide a meal, feel free to send them a DoorDash or Uber Eats gift card. Once Noe gets home, Diana will be caring for him, so preparing meals will be difficult with all the care he will be needing.

Please keep them in your prayers. Please share this post.

Thank you for your consideration!

Update- Surgery was today (10/28) Noe needed 4 units of blood during surgery. They will be doing a second surgery Thursday or Friday due to the extent of his injuries. They will have to go in through his back next time. After the second surgery they should have a better idea whether or not he needs a 3rd surgery.
This isn’t the news we were hoping for, he needs all the prayers & support he can get.
