Hello, we are the parents of Maximillian Baez. Last Tuesday morning at 3 am, we got the most heartbreaking phone call from our son in the ambulance saying he’s been in a bad accident. Due to inclement weather conditions, he hydroplaned and hit a sign and then a tree.

Sustaining major injuries, including a concussion, a broken right wrist, lacerations on his leg and knees, and substantial internal bleeding due to the seat belt. The seat belt that saved his life also caused him to lose part of his small intestine, injuries to the colon and liver, and required 3 blood transfusions. Spending a little over a week in the ICU the medical bills keep building up. All prayers and help are needed so our son can continue to get better and continue to Share his story after being lucky to survive.
