Our dear friend, Kyle Demartino, has been recently diagnosed with colon cancer after months of experiencing stomach pains, fainting spells, and severe nausea. These symptoms have made it difficult for him to work and support himself, adding more stress to an already tough situation. He is one of the most kind-hearted, understanding, and caring individuals you'd ever encounter. He radiates a magnetic energy that you can't help but to love and feel welcomed by his presence. Kyle is also an artist in the Athens music scene. Through his music he connects, builds, and strengthens the fabric of what makes this town so special: the arts. He is a wonderful example of the type of person that Athens needs, someone who enriches the magic of what makes Athens so special.
