As many of our friends, family and community members now know, our fearless mountain momma recently suffered a severe stroke and is now on the road to recovery. Legendary as Mt. Hood itself, Ms. Kaye has served every one of us during her time as the mountain's most infamous bartender and just as she's given to so many of us with her support, advice (utterly brutal at times, but we wouldn't have her any other way) and love, it's time we give back to her. While her recovery time remains uncertain, she will be off work for some time. This Gofund me is being established to help support her financially as she takes her time in the hopes she'll be back to yelling at all of us soon.

It is our sincere hope that, as a community and as friends, we are able to give Kaye and her family some relief during this most challenging of times. A benefit in Kaye's honor will be held Saturday, 8/29, at The Mt. Hood Lions Club, for continued fundraising needs. More information will be available via the event's Facebook page soon.
