Join Us in Supporting Johanna's Recovery

After a full year of ravaging treatments for breast cancer, Johanna noticed hearing loss, then fading blurry vision. Doctors first thought this was related to past chemo toxicity, lots of testing without finding cause but vision kept getting worse. Finally went to Barnes in St Louis on New Years Eve to discover an obscure bacterial brain infection. 14 days of continuous antibiotic infusions have been completed, but remains legally blind and hearing significant impaired. Her infection has been conquered but unsure when/ if vision/hearing will be restored. She remains off work, and cannot drive…just celebrated her 40th birthday with an uncertain future. The medical costs and living expenses are more than she can bear. We are grateful for where we are, awaiting now what only God can do.
