We are the Crown Council Team (Greg, Erin, Rachel, Lisel, Stuart, Kristin, and Christian)! We have had the absolute pleasure of knowing and working with Joey Smith for over 30 years. Joey has dedicated his life to serving and helping others, and now it's our turn to support him and his family!

They are SINKING!!! Joey and Judy Smith's house is sinking and they need our help!

Over 50 homeowners in their Utah neighborhood have reported that the foundation of their houses are sinking and numerous repairs have to be done to resolve the issue. Sinking lands are due to groundwater use, soil issues, underground mining, or natural collapse such as with sinkholes.

Most of these houses have slanted, sagging floors. Shifting and sinking foundations. Cracking in the ceilings and walls, buckled siding, and bowing patios.

All landscaping and cement must be removed around the house, all furniture cleared out, all carpet pulled up in the basement. Holes must be drilled in and around the house, and steel rods inserted into the weak soil. Polyurethane foam is injected converting the loose soil into a monolithic mass. Sometimes after this is done, there are further repairs needed to windows, doors, floors, sewer and more.

The cost for this is around $150,000 per house. Most people are taking out home equity loans, leaving their family homes where they have lived for over 35 years, or filing for bankruptcy.
