Hi, my name is Angela Klonoski and I am a licensed home baker in Bristol and I own Edible Creations by Angie. I met Erika Stirk Landi a few years ago when she opened up Bakery on Maple and we have been friends ever since. Bakery on Maple was a breath of fresh air with having a new and unique bakery here in Bristol.

Bakery on Maple was also Erika's dream. "Bakery On Maple has come to be the dream come true that I dared to dream. The bakery is a boutique bakery that specializes in custom cakes and small batch artisan baked goods."

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Erika had to unfortunately close her bakery in August 2024. Erika has fallen on hard times, fighting multiple medical issues including chronic migraines, long COVID, POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, HEDS (Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) and MDD (Major Depressive Disorder). These ailments are preventing her from getting her feet on the ground literally. The dizziness that comes and goes and her shaky balance are her biggest hurdles.

Erika and her husband David can use everyone's help to purchase an RV. They cannot afford their apartment anymore and will be homeless on 7/12/25.

We all have our successes and downfalls, and sometimes we need the community to be there for us to help us get back on our feet. All contributions are deeply appreciated.
