Dear Family and Friends,

Earlier this month Bram Stockbauer, a devoted husband, father, friend, and follower of Christ, was diagnosed with cancer. As he and his sweet family begin this battle, whatever you are able to give would have a significant impact. For those who are unable to assist financially, please commit to praying for Bram, Joy, and their son, Harry. We believe that there is power in prayer, so we encourage you to do so for the Stockbauer family.

Here is a message from the family: “Though this news has turned our world upside down, we know it did not come as a surprise to God. We are so grateful for the community that has surrounded us with love as we've navigated these first few weeks. However, there is a long journey ahead, and much fighting to be done in both the physical and spiritual realms. We treasure your prayers in the coming weeks and months: prayers for Bram's strength and healing as he undergoes treatment, and for wisdom for the amazing physicians working with us. Even in this earthly suffering, we have felt the peace of Christ and love of His church more clearly than ever before.”

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
