Join Us in Supporting Barb Noonan's Cancer Journey

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We are reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for our beloved friend, Barb Noonan who has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 appendix cancer. For those who know Barb, you know she is a beacon of kindness, strength, and generosity. She has spent

most of her life helping others, and now it's our turn to rally around her.

Barb's journey began with subtle symptoms that quickly led to an unexpected and challenging diagnosis. This aggressive cancer has originated in her appendix and metastasized to her stomach lining, colon, and ovaries, identified as signet ring cell cancer. These past months, Barb has faced numerous complications with incredible courage. She has spent 35 days in the hospital where a G-tube was placed to ensure she receives necessary nutrition before beginning chemotherapy. Her first chemo session required hospitalization due to liver and kidney complications. Now, Barb is scheduled for chemo infusions every two weeks, with the hope of shrinking the cancer before undergoing a major surgery to remove blockages and cancer, followed by a chemo wash of her stomach and ongoing chemotherapy treatments.

Her son, Jesse, has stepped up in extraordinary ways during this time. A dedicated service member. Jesse, with the help of the Red Cross, has been able to be by his Mom’s side through much of this journey. His support and love have been a great source of strength for her. However, he will soon be returning to duty, which means she will need even more support from us all. The financial burden, along with additional expenses from frequent trips to the Mayo Clinic, is overwhelming.

Throughout her life, Barb has selflessly supported those around her, from family to friends lending a comforting presence in need. Her spirit and generosity have touched countless lives. Now, she needs our help.

We aim to raise funds to cover Barb’s mounting medical bills and support her treatment plan, providing her the best chance for recovery. Every donation, no matter the size, will significantly impact relieving the financial burden and bringing hope and strength to Barb and Jesse during this challenging time.
