Join Us in Supporting Baby Rosslyn

Hey we are the VanAntwerp family and we are raising money to help alleviate medical debt and new bills from our daughter's hydronephrosis. At 20 weeks pregnant, we discovered our daughter had a slightly enlarged right kidney. As the pregnancy continued, the dilation did not improve. Rosslyn was born at 34 weeks gestation due to extremely high blood pressure. She spent the first week and a half of her life in the NICU where they discovered that her ureter was dilated and her kidney was holding urine. We were first told that she would either grow out of it or require surgery within the first year of her life. We were hopeful until she started to get constant kidney and bladder infections. The most recent kidney infection showed us that that she would not have time to grow out of this issue, and that she would require surgery to prevent her kidney from being further damaged by infection. This sugery, and the next a few months after, will hopefully remove all risk of further complications from this issue. In closing, we are asking for help to cover Rosslyn's upcoming sonogram, surgery and hospital stay . Anything, no matter how small, helps us so much through this difficult time.
