Join Us in Supporting April Waterman’s Fight Against Cancer

Humboldt County and beyond… It’s our turn to help a family who has helped our community for years. April Waterman has been in a battle against cancer for over a year. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last year, fighting it so bravely with her family, husband Mark, and daughters Maya and Kara by her side. Her pancreatic cancer is still present but being maintained with medication. This week, after seeing her doctor, she found out the cancer has spread to her brain. She will now begin radiation this week to treat the new spots. Her family has been fighting alone financially. It’s time we come together and help the Watermans with whatever we can, whether it’s a prayer, positive thoughts, or a monetary donation. Insurance and savings only go so far, and neither are able to work at this time due to her diagnosis. Let’s help lighten their stress.
