Our lovely sister, Amber Echeverria, has faced immense challenges over the past few years. After the heartbreaking loss of her husband, Rey, she is now fighting advanced-stage HER2-positive breast cancer.

Amber's cancer has spread aggressively to her chest wall/muscles, nearby lymph nodes, and it’s also affecting her nerves and left arm. We've consulted with several doctors, and all have said that because of the extent of the spread, surgery is currently not an option. Amber endures constant daily pain and will soon need to begin chemo and other targeted therapies to shrink the tumor so that surgery may be possible.

The next 6 months to a year will be a rough and difficult road for Amber with more frequent visits to the doctor, increasing medical costs, and extra care she'll need. We want to rally around her, and we’re asking you to join us in helping Amber focus on healing without the weight of additional financial worries.
