My name is Tyler Kapczynski. I have Stage 4 Melanoma. I am a father of 4 wonderful daughters. Diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma did put a damper on my spirits, but with the love and care of my family and friends, I stay positive every day that my road to recovery will be a fulfilling journey!

Since the start of my journey to recovery, I have missed more days of work than I would have hoped. I'm humbly asking for any assistance to go towards my food, my bills and a house to buy or build. I thank everyone for any contribution you can make towards my recovery! PEACE and LOVE!!!
