To all who love and hold the Penfield’s so near in this difficult time, I wanted to begin a GoFundMe to help ease some of this heavy burden.

On July 9th Wilder received his long awaited kidney transplant. The transplant was successful and we all rejoiced! On July 27th in what doctors can only describe as a “perfect storm” of events, his precious little body went into septic shock. It has been a LONG 11 days as we plead for Gods healing over Wilder’s life. Wilder remains sedated and on ventilation today as his lungs, which have taken the biggest hit from sepsis, heal. His brave parents are exhausted and so very ready to have their Wilder back!!
