Hi friends! —
We’re raising funds to help our son Ezra (15) get to the World Class Surf Academy — an international surf + school program for young surfers who want to train seriously while staying committed to their education.
Ezra was offered an 80% scholarship to attend the fall semester in both Costa Rica & Portugal!! This is huge, & we are so grateful. What’s left are the very real extras: international flights, travel, accommodation, extra boards, wetsuits, visas, insurance, and all the in-between bits that don’t come free.
A Bit About Ezra
Ezra has grown up with salt in his hair and his feet in the wax.
Surfing is his jam, in more ways than one. He free-surfs at every opportunity (multiple times/week), trains with coaches, & made the Cape Town Surf Riders team 2 years ago, competing regularly.
He’s committed, curious, & deeply stoked & grateful for this opportunity.
Why We’re Asking
This opportunity arrived with momentum. The scholarship opened the door — and now we’re walking through it.
We’re contributing what we can and are inviting our wider community to help support Ezra with the rest.
