Join Us in Sal's Fight Against Cancer

Dear Friends and Family,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support as our father, Salvatore, faces a difficult and unexpected battle. In November 2023, he was diagnosed with both kidney and liver cancer, and since then, our lives have been forever changed. While his insurance covers a portion of his medical bills, the cost of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation treatments has been overwhelming. These treatments, along with hospital stays, have put a tremendous financial strain on our family.

As his daughters, we have had to take time off work to accompany him to his appointments and care for him at home. The constant travel to and from New York City for treatments and hospital stays adds to the burden, both financially and emotionally.

Unfortunately, our dad's condition has become more complicated, and he will likely need more procedures soon, including possibly home visits from nurses for his care. As much as we wish we could manage all of this on our own, the reality is that the costs keep mounting, and we are turning to our community for help.

We know how much our father means to so many of you. His infectious sense of humor and caring personality have touched the lives of everyone he meets. He is always quick to share a story, share a laugh, and brighten your day. The love and support he has shown others is something we see reflected in the outpouring of care from all of you during this time.

Any contribution, no matter how small, would make a significant difference. We are truly grateful for your generosity, love, and support as we navigate this challenging chapter. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping to ease the burden and for standing by us and our dad.
