I am Paulette Dinnall, owner of Pat’s Caribbean Market in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I was born and raised in Jamaica and have lived in the United States for over 45 years. Jamaica is not just my birthplace; it’s my heart and home. The people there are my family, my friends, and my community.

After the recent devastating hurricane, many of them have lost everything - their homes, their belongings, and even their sense of security. Families are struggling to survive. Roofs are gone, farmlands are flooded, and basic necessities like food, clean water, and medical supplies are scarce.

Through Pat’s Caribbean Market in partnership with Fight for Life Ltd (non-proft based in Jamaica), Bamboo Estate, and Michael Beadle – U.S. Community Relief Coordinator, we are working together to support ongoing relief efforts across Jamaica. We’re gathering donations, purchasing essential supplies, and organizing shipments directly to the hardest-hit communities.

How Your Donations Will Help:

All monetary donations will go primarily toward logistics and direct assistance for families in the affected areas. Funds will be used to purchase emergency relief items such as:

Every dollar will be carefully tracked and documented, and a detailed close-out report will be shared within 90 days of distribution to ensure full transparency.
