I am a co-worker and friend to Rodney (Theo) Perkins. Last Wednesday, on March 25th, his 28-year-old daughter Jasmine (and daughter to Angie Pisa) tragically and unexpectedly passed away. She was a beautiful young person just beginning to make her way in this world.
