Hi! We are Shritika Vigram and Meghan Meeker, sophomores at Dr. Kiran C. Patel High School in Tampa, Florida. We’re thrilled to share that we recently won 1st place at the Florida HOSA State Leadership Conference in the Health Career Display category, and we’ve qualified to compete at the HOSA International Leadership Conference (ILC)

Our project focused on a medical career that we're both passionate about. We spent months researching, designing, and perfecting our display, and even had the incredible opportunity to interview a real doctor in the field. After placing 3rd at our regional competition, we were more determined than ever. We pushed ourselves to improve every detail, and our hard work paid off at the state level

Now we have the chance to take our work to the international stage, something we’ve dreamed about since freshman year. Competing at the ILC would allow us to represent not only our school and Florida, but also all the students who are passionate about healthcare and leadership

However, attending the conference comes with a cost. We need to raise approximately $3,000 to cover travel, lodging, registration, and meals. This is a challenge we can’t meet without your support

We are reaching out to our family, friends, and community to ask for your help. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to competing at the international level and making this dream a reality
