Racing with Theo 5k and Block party!

We invite you to join us in supporting Theo on his journey of growth and progress. While Theo doesn’t have a specific diagnosis, he has been bravely facing the challenges of global developmental delay and hypotonia. For over three years, he has been working hard in traditional therapies.

Earlier this year, Theo’s family discovered an alternative therapy known as MNRI (Reflex Integration). This approach aims to enhance natural reflex patterns in the nervous system, potentially improving motor, sensory, and cognitive functions for those with neurodevelopmental challenges. As insurance does not cover this therapy, the Wendahl family has taken on this significant financial commitment with the hope that early and intensive efforts will yield meaningful progress for Theo.

The cost of Theo’s local therapy, combined with intensive therapy sessions in Florida, is approximately $66,000 this year. Although it is a considerable amount, Theo has already shown promising improvements, including a calmer nervous system and increased speech production after each round.

We are hopeful and excited to help Theo attend his next intensive in October. Any support, whether through donation or simply sharing his story, would mean the world to Theo and his family. Thank you for being a part of this journey with us.
