Many of you have already shown incredible kindness and solidarity with Mario in his ongoing battle. We are deeply grateful for the support you've provided so far – it has meant the world to Mario and our entire family.

Today, we face a new and urgent challenge. After a period of hope and hard-fought progress, the doctors have informed us that Mario urgently needs a bone marrow transplant. His condition has become more complicated as his body is no longer producing enough white blood cells, leaving him extremely vulnerable.

This transplant is now his best chance for long-term survival and recovery. However, it comes with significant hurdles. Mario will likely need to remain at home in isolation for the remainder of the year to protect his compromised immune system. This means he won't be able to go out, see friends, or even have close contact with loved ones for an extended period. Additionally, the need for prolonged home isolation will create unforeseen costs for maintaining a safe and sterile environment and ensuring Mario has everything he needs during this critical time.
