Hello!! Most of you have met me through my business "That Queer Car Girl" where I've had the chance to meet so many of you and work on all your lovely cars and share hugs and laughter and even tears at times. Working for our community has been the joy of my adult life and I'm looking forward to so much more.

Shortly I will be headed to Dallas so I can have BOTH top and bottom surgery at the same time! Its been a life time of imagining this day, when I was younger I felt shame for it, when I was a young adult I buried it. As a young transgirl I refused to believe it could ever be real. Now its here. It is honestly emotional, overwhelming, and exciting beyond words!

The recovery process will be long, 2-3 months is what I'm anticipating where I will be unable to work or earn.

(I have no idea how they expect girl like me to sit still for that long!!!)

I have set a goal for 5k and the funds raised will be used to pay for surgery related things as listed

hotel reservations,

fuel to travel,

Household bills (gas electric etc)

Food

medical supplies

any funds raised beyond that total will be put back into the business and used to help keep all your lovely cars happy and healthy when i can start turning wrenchs

again!
