Our sweet Noel took her last breath on Wednesday, August 14th at 3:00pm and is now walking the streets of gold with Jesus. We are both heartbroken and rejoicing. Noel was an extraordinary young woman who touched the lives and hearts of everyone she encountered. She defied all odds and was strong and courageous. She made an immense impact and will be deeply missed. We find comfort in knowing that she is with our Heavenly Father,
