I am Philip Baxter, the brother of Jeffrey Baxter, and I am saddened to inform those who know him of his untimely passing. After a brief illness, he succumbed to his illness and was pronounced deceased on 07/07/2025! He is being laid to rest on August 20th at Reese Funeral Home at 311 North Patrick Street in Alexandria VA 22314, flowers are welcome and much appreciated ❤️

The family is asking for assistance with his burial, and your help would be greatly appreciated
