During an adventurous family sailing trip with Lu in Glacier Bay National Park, Tania and Eric’s sailboat, the Wind Rush, was struck by a humpback whale in the night and sank. After a harrowing escape, they arrived safely onshore and were rescued after a cold night on the beach. Tania and Eric are faced with recovery costs exceeding $23,000.
