As many of you know, our wonderful building cleaner, Liz Ortiz, underwent surgery on her back and neck earlier this week. The procedure was successful, and Liz is now facing 4 to 6 weeks of healing, follow-up care, and physical therapy before she can return to her normal routine.

During this time, she cannot work and is experiencing additional medical and living expenses. We want to ease her burden so she can focus entirely on getting well.

• Medical bills not fully covered by insurance

• Rehabilitation and follow-up appointments

• Day-to-day living expenses while she cannot work
