Join Us in Helping Anthony Get Back on His Feet

Hello F45 Family,

As many of you know, F45 is more than just a workout—it’s a family. One of our coaches, Anthony, was recently injured in a soccer game and has suffered a complete ACL tear. He will be undergoing surgery soon and has already been out of work for the past four weeks, with more recovery time ahead.

Since all of Anthony’s jobs require him to be on his feet, this injury has made it impossible for him to work right now. He has always been there for us—pushing, motivating, and supporting our morning workouts—and now it’s our chance to show him some love in return.

We’d love to come together as a community to help ease some of his expenses during this difficult time. Any contribution, big or small, will make a difference and show Anthony how much he means to us.
