Join Us in Healing Jasper's CCL Injury

My name is Ben and the boy you see in the photo is Jasper. My girlfriend and I are seeking financial help to repair the damages that we believe the local animal control unit did to our poor boy. The way it looks is they caught him and in the process they tore Jasper's CCL ligament, then put him back on the streets unable to walk and still under the effects of anesthesia until we found him.

We have taken every possible approach for the animal control to correct their actions, but they are denying all claims and refusing to hand over documents or even speak with us. We don't know what else to do because the surgery is $4k and we barely had the money to get his pain meds.
