The Redman family is trying to raise funds to help raise this amazing dog.

On December 15th, 2025, we found this little white dog at our back door in the freezing snow. The dog was matted head to toe, shivering and frozen. We brought the dog in and kept him warm and safe until we could find the owners. Many posts were shared throughout social media. With no success of anybody claiming this boy, we took him in for good.

We got him into the emergency vet the same day. They said if it wasn’t for us and he had been out another hour, he wouldn’t have survived. He has a severe eye infection, severe skin infection, and was starved and in pain. We got him the proper treatment he deserved and needed and had him groomed and well taken care of since then. We are giving this dog the life he deserved.

As everyone knows, vet trips, testing, medications, food, and shelter don’t come cheap. We are asking if anybody can donate even $1 to help support us during this time of need. We are giving this dog our ALL!!! He fell deeply in love with our home and all of us quickly. He may need surgery in the future to remove his eye due to a deep ulcer causing his eye to deteriorate.

Everyone meet our newest addition, Shaggy. He is well-loved and living his best life now, surrounded by nothing but warmth and love.
