Our beloved sister in Christ, Vicky Veronica Walker—known and cherished by our church family as Vicky—is a faithful member of our OWLS (Older, Wiser, Loving Sisters) ministry and a true woman of God. Vicky, who is wheelchair-bound, has been presented with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go on a cruise with her family—a blessing that doesn’t often come her way due to the challenges of mobility and accessibility. The cruise line is offering a power chair rental, which would allow her full access to enjoy this trip with independence and dignity. The rental is $100 per day for 7 days, totaling $700—an expense not covered in the amount she has already faithfully saved. Though our men's ministries tried to coordinate transportation solutions, holiday scheduling made it impossible, and this chair has become the most practical solution. We are humbly asking our church family and community to come together and help Vicky take full part in this special journey.
