Join Us in Establishing MCI Church Nashville

Hello, everyone!

We are Paola and Anthony Catacoli, and we are pastors at MCI Church (Misión Carismática Internacional) – a church with deep roots in Bogotá, Colombia. Almost four decades ago, our senior pastors, César and Emma Claudia Castellanos, heard God's calling through a promise made to the father of our faith, Abraham. In Genesis 12, we see Abraham called to step out of his comfort zone and trust God's promise—that by faith, he would become the father of many nations. In the same way, César Castellanos responded by starting to build a place where God's presence could dwell in Bogotá. Today, his ministry of worship, discipleship, and intercession serves thousands in Bogotá and has expanded to churches all over Colombia, South America, Central America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Canada, and the United States.

As the founders of the G12 Vision, pastors César and Emma Claudia have inspired churches worldwide, helping people understand that every believer is called to lead and impact their community.

Paola and I are living proof of the power of faith and obedience. Just as Abraham stepped out into the unknown, we too felt called by God to come to a land where we had no plans—only the promise that He would lead us, just as He led Abraham. Hebrews 11:8-12 speaks to this faith:

“By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God. And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise. And so from this one man, and he as good as dead, came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore."

And so, here we are, in Nashville, Tennessee.

A few months ago, our pastors felt strongly that Nashville is a city destined for revival—a place where prayers and the incense of the saints will rise to God's throne. We share this vision and are following the legacy of faith that was passed down to us. Just as Abraham stepped out in faith, and our pastors built God's house in Bogotá, we are here to build a place where God's presence can rest in Nashville.

To begin this journey, we are laying down the first foundational stones of MCI Church Nashville—both spiritually and legally. As the pastors of this new church plant, under the guidance and direct supervision of Pastor César Castellanos, we are reaching out to those who want to be part of this incredible story. We ask for your support in helping us build this house for the Lord.

¡Hola a todos!

Somos Paola y Anthony Catacoli, y somos pastores en MCI Church (Misión Carismática Internacional), una iglesia con profundas raíces en Bogotá, Colombia. Hace casi cuatro décadas, nuestros pastores, César y Emma Claudia Castellanos, escucharon el llamado de Dios a través de una promesa hecha al padre de nuestra fe, Abraham. En Génesis 12, vemos a Abraham llamado a salir de su zona de confort y confiar en la promesa de Dios: que por fe, sería el padre de muchas naciones. De la misma manera, César Castellanos respondió y comenzó a edificar un lugar donde la presencia de Dios pudiera habitar en Bogotá. Hoy, su ministerio de adoración, discipulado e intercesión sirve a miles de personas en Bogotá y se ha expandido a iglesias en toda Colombia, Sudamérica, Centroamérica, Europa, Asia, Africa, Canadá y Estados Unidos.

Como fundadores de la Visión G12, César y Emma Claudia han inspirado iglesias en todo el mundo, ayudando a las personas a entender que cada creyente está llamado a liderar e impactar a su comunidad.

Paola y yo somos prueba viviente del poder de la fe y la obediencia. Así como Abraham salió hacia lo desconocido, nosotros también sentimos el llamado de Dios para venir a una tierra en la que no teníamos planes, solo la promesa de que Él nos guiaría, así como guió a Abraham. Hebreos 11:8-12 habla sobre esta fe:

“Por la fe Abraham, cuando fue llamado para ir a un lugar que recibiría como herencia, obedeció y salió, aunque no sabía a dónde iba. Por la fe habitó como extranjero en la tierra prometida, viviendo en tiendas de campaña, como Isaac y Jacob, herederos con él de la misma promesa. Porque esperaba la ciudad que tiene fundamentos, cuyo arquitecto y constructor es Dios. Y por la fe, también Sara, siendo estéril, recibió fuerza para concebir, y dio a luz, porque creyó que era fiel quien le había hecho la promesa. Así que, de uno solo, y éste ya muerto, nacieron descendientes como las estrellas del cielo y como la arena de la orilla del mar, innumerables.”

Y así estamos aquí, en Nashville, Tennessee.

Hace unos meses, nuestros pastores sintieron fuertemente que Nashville es una ciudad destinada a vivir un avivamiento, un lugar donde las oraciones y el incienso de los santos ascenderán al trono de Dios. Compartimos esta visión y seguimos el legado de fe que se nos ha transmitido. Así como Abraham dio un paso de fe y nuestros pastores construyeron la casa de Dios en Bogotá, nosotros estamos aquí para construir un lugar donde la presencia de Dios pueda habitar en Nashville.

Para comenzar este viaje, estamos colocando las primeras piedras de MCI Church Nashville, tanto espirituales como legales. Como pastores de esta nueva iglesia, bajo la guía y supervisión directa del Pastor César Castellanos, nos estamos acercando a aquellos que desean ser parte de esta increíble historia. Pedimos su apoyo para ayudarnos a construir esta casa para el Señor.
