My husband, Leland, was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer, and this news has turned our world upside down. His doctors believe radiation therapy is the best course of treatment, which will mean daily sessions for 8–9 weeks, along with scans, biopsies, and follow-up care.

We’re starting this fundraiser to help cover the deductible on our insurance. But as many of you know, cancer often brings a cascade of unexpected costs: prescriptions, travel, time away from work, and more.

While Leland focuses on healing, I want to ensure he has every resource and support he needs—without the added stress of worrying about expenses.
