Help Barby Navigate These Difficult Times

I am Roxana, a long-time friend of Barbara. Barby has always been such an unconditional friend to me and many in Los Angeles; it is our time to show our support and gratitude for her for all these years of unconditional friendship.

Barby has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and as this wasn't enough, she learned she has to move out of her home, where she has been living for 14 years. She had to spend countless hours in court fighting with her new landlord, enduring high amounts of stress, and looking for a new place to live - all while searching for good doctors and oncologists to treat her.

Barby is a nanny and won't be able to work while undergoing surgery and recovering. I will post updates once all procedures and new surgery dates are confirmed. I hope the money we raise together can ease her stress so she can care for herself and her health without worrying about paying her bills for a few months.
