Say hello to Dottie!

There were many sightings of Dottie throughout the Richfield community this last month. It was with the help of Lost K9 that she was able to be captured, brought to a safe home and out of the streets. Animal Control was immediately notified. Dottie needed to be on a week stray hold with Animal Control to see if anyone would claim her. Countless posts have been shared along with local vets and shelters being notified. Dottie is not microchipped and did not have a tag on her collar. No one has reached out to claim Dottie.

The home she was brought to was able to keep her during the stray hold time but cannot keep her indefinitely. Luckily, a very loving home has been found for Dottie.

Unfortunately, all the upfront medical costs are difficult to provide at this time. She needs to be vaccinated, have other blood tests, and eventually spayed to be safe in the community and at her new home.

This Go Fund Me is being created for those that wish to support Dottie getting the care she needs and into her new home. The upfront care is $548.59. She will be spayed on 10/22. The estimate for her spay is $707.72. If you feel inclined, any amount would help. If the goal is exceeded, any extra funds will be donated to Lost K9 and their help in the Twin Cities community.
